The Take Me Out to the Ballgame Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of California who are at least eighteen (18) years old. The Sweepstakes consists of three separate entry periods, each corresponding to a specific Padres game, with entries limited to one per person per period. To enter, participants must post a picture of their favorite ballgame meal/snack or a selfie/picture wearing their favorite Valley Farm Merch to Instagram or Facebook, tag @ValleyFarmMarkets, and use the hashtag #ValleyFarmSweepstakes. Entries are valid only for the entry period in which they are submitted and do not roll over. Winners will be selected randomly and announced in a real, raw, and unscripted video on Valley Farm Market’s Instagram and Facebook Stories. Prizes include four (4) tickets for the Grand Prize and two (2) tickets for Second Place for each game, with no substitutions, exchanges, or transfer of prizes allowed. Prizes cannot be switched to a different game. Winners will be contacted via direct message and must respond within 48 hours, or an alternate winner may be selected. By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Valley Farm Market reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes in the event of technical issues or fraud. The Sweepstakes is governed by California law, and any disputes will be resolved in San Diego courts. Participants release Valley Farm Market from any liability related to the Sweepstakes.
