What You Will Do

  • Ensure the meat department’s display cases are fully stocked, visually appealing, and maintained at optimal freshness, adhering to our strict quality standards.
  • Provide knowledgeable and friendly service to customers, assisting them in selecting products and offering preparation tips to enhance their culinary experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the meat department, including but not limited to, cleaning equipment, counters, and work areas, following health and safety guidelines.
  • Assist butchers and meat cutters by preparing, wrapping, and labeling meat products, ensuring they’re ready for sale.
  • Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and assist in the receiving and unloading of meat deliveries, ensuring products are stored correctly.

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and informative manner.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and product quality.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • No previous experience required, but a background in food handling or retail is a plus, showcasing your ability to thrive in a dynamic retail setting.
