We only carry USDA Prime and Choice, All Natural Black Angus Beef, Provimi Veal, and Domestic lamb. All of our meat is all-natural, range-fed, and with no added hormones. We prohibit animal byproducts, antibiotics, and added hormones in the animal’s feed. We only buy the best because we want our customers to enjoy our selection as much as we do.
Our butcher shop is well-known in San Diego for our Award Winning Carne Asada and Pollo Asado. We also provide a wide range of other pre-seasoned and marinated meats like our Maui Ribs and our Aloha Beef.
