What You Will Do

  • Stock, rotate, and display fresh fruits and vegetables to ensure optimal presentation, quality, and freshness.

  • Monitor produce for spoilage or damage and remove unsellable items promptly to maintain department standards.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment, including coolers, prep areas, and sales floor displays.

  • Assist customers with produce-related questions, offer suggestions, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.

  • Support inventory control by unloading deliveries, checking for accuracy, and helping track stock levels.

  • Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a seamless, high-quality shopping experience throughout the store.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Previous experience in produce, grocery, or retail is a plus—especially if you’re familiar with handling fresh goods and maintaining food safety standards.

  • Strong attention to detail and quality, with an eye for keeping displays clean, full, and visually appealing.

  • Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

  • Friendly and approachable, with solid communication skills to assist customers and work well with your team.

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable—ready to take initiative and help wherever needed to keep the department running smoothly.
