What You Will Do
Stock, rotate, and display fresh fruits and vegetables to ensure optimal presentation, quality, and freshness.
Monitor produce for spoilage or damage and remove unsellable items promptly to maintain department standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment, including coolers, prep areas, and sales floor displays.
Assist customers with produce-related questions, offer suggestions, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
Support inventory control by unloading deliveries, checking for accuracy, and helping track stock levels.
Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a seamless, high-quality shopping experience throughout the store.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Previous experience in produce, grocery, or retail is a plus—especially if you’re familiar with handling fresh goods and maintaining food safety standards.
Strong attention to detail and quality, with an eye for keeping displays clean, full, and visually appealing.
Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly and approachable, with solid communication skills to assist customers and work well with your team.
Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable—ready to take initiative and help wherever needed to keep the department running smoothly.
