Please plan to arrive between 8:00 AM and 8:45 AM to check in and enjoy the welcome session before the yoga starts at 9:00 AM.

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, towel, and comfortable clothing suitable for yoga and sauna use. Don’t forget a change of clothes if you plan to use the cold plunge.

No, the event is completely free, but registration is required to ensure we accommodate all guests comfortably.
